Raptor One Bottle Kit 948ml Tintable is a 2K protective liner for medium-sized areas and smaller projects where a coloured finish is required. What it’s for

This kit is intended for truck beds, sills, chassis parts, medium-sized surface repairs, small projects and jobs where a coloured finish is required. It contains 1 x 711 ml bottle of Raptor Liner tintable, 1 x 237 ml hardener and 1 x printed instruction in EN, FR, DE, ES, RU, PL and CN. The pigment must be purchased separately.

The coating is not suitable for bare plastic without an adhesion promoter, bare metal without primer or rubber. For bare plastic, use Raptor Adhesion Promoter 450ml. For bare metal, use Raptor Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer or Raptor Etch Primer 450ml as appropriate.

How to apply

Substrate preparation

1. Abrade the substrate.
2. Remove dust and degrease it.
3. Apply the first layer.
4. Let the applied layer dry for 20 minutes at 20°C.
5. Apply the second layer.

Liner preparation

1. Shake the liner bottle vigorously for 2 minutes and open it.
2. Add up to 10% pigment, measured by volume.
3. Pour all the hardener into the liner bottle and shake again for 2 minutes.
4. Screw a USB gun onto the bottle and start applying.
