How To: Applying RAPTOR Wheel Paint

Follow the steps below to apply RAPTOR Wheel Paint correctly:

1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the wheel. Mask off areas you do not want to paint.
2. Sand the wheel with P180-P220 sandpaper and clean again.
3. Apply RAPTOR Acid Etch Primer to bare metal. Once the primer is dry, sand the surface with P400-P600.
4. Use RAPTOR Adhesion Promoter for good adhesion on plastic parts.
5. Shake the can well for at least 2 minutes before use.
6. Apply 2-3 thin coats of paint from a distance of 15-25 cm, waiting 5-10 minutes between coats.
7. Let the paint dry for 30 minutes until dust-free, and allow at least overnight for full drying.

1. How long does it take for the paint to fully dry?

The paint is dust-dry after 30 minutes and fully dry after one night. We recommend using the wheels only after a full night of drying time.
