How to Apply RAPTOR Flameproof

Follow these steps for the best results:

1. Preparation: Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface. Mask off any areas you do not want to paint.
   
   
2. Sanding: Sand with P180-P220 for bare metal surfaces or P500 for primed surfaces. Clean the surface again.
   
   
3. Shake and Spray: Shake the can for at least 2 minutes before use. Apply 2-3 thin coats from a distance of 25 cm, waiting 10 minutes between coats.
   
   
4. Drying and Curing: Allow the coating to dry for at least 4 hours. For full curing, dry overnight or use a heat cycle (bake at 150°C for 1 hour or idle the engine for 30 minutes).
