Step-by-Step Instructions:

Surface Preparation:

1. Clean: Use a plastic cleaner like U-POL PlastX 1 to thoroughly clean the plastic surface and remove any contaminants.
2. Abrade: Use P240 to P320 grit abrasive paper to ensure proper adhesion.

Primer Application:

1. Shake: Mix the contents by shaking the can thoroughly.
2. Setup: Use it as an aerosol or, in the case of 1-liter packaging, use a HVLP gravity gun with a 1.0 to 1.2mm fluid tip.
3. Apply: Apply 1-2 light, even coats of the primer to the prepared surface.
4. Flash Off: Allow 5-10 minutes of flash-off time between coats for partial drying.

Drying Time:

• Dry for 20 minutes at 20ºC or 10 minutes at 60ºC before proceeding.

Overcoating:

• Apply a suitable primer filler or surfacer within one hour of applying the primer.
• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for best results.
