Raptor High Temp Caliper Enamel is designed for coating brake calipers and other suitable automotive components exposed to high temperatures. It provides a durable satin black finish while helping protect the surface from heat, chemicals and everyday road conditions.

For suitable surface preparation, use Raptor Acid Etch Primer Aerosol 450ml Grey on bare metal. For plastic components, use Raptor Adhesion Promoter Aerosol 450ml Clear where required. How to apply Raptor High Temp Caliper Enamel 1K Aerosol

1. Remove the caliper and thoroughly clean it, removing brake dust, grease, rust and other contaminants.
2. Lightly abrade the surface where required and remove all dust before painting.
3. Shake the can thoroughly before and during application.
4. Spray several light, even coats rather than one heavy coat, allowing sufficient drying time between coats.
5. Let the coating dry and cure fully before exposing the caliper to normal operating temperatures or returning the vehicle to use.
