Raptor U-Pol HS Scratch Resistant Clearcoat is designed to be mixed with a compatible U-POL System 20 hardener. It can also be thinned by up to 10% using compatible U-POL Standard Universal Thinner when required by the application process.

How to apply

1. Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly before application.
2. Prepare the cured basecoat according to the coating system’s preparation requirements.
3. Mix the clearcoat with a compatible hardener at a 2:1 ratio.
4. Apply two coats using suitable professional spray equipment.
5. Allow 5–10 minutes between coats for flash-off.

7. For force drying, the specified through-dry time is 30 minutes.
