Raptor Four Bottle Kit 3,79l Black is a 2K protective liner kit designed for larger coating projects and extensive surfaces. This raptor liner four bottle kit black is suited to black surfaces and applications including complete vehicles, truck beds, construction machinery and other large projects.

What it’s for

This kit is intended for truck beds, car panels, complete vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, boat and yacht decks and big construction projects. It contains 4 x 711 ml bottles of Raptor Liner black, 1 x 948 ml hardener, 1 x measuring cup and 1 x printed instruction in EN, FR, DE, ES, RU, PL and CN.

The coating is not suitable for bare plastic without an adhesion promoter, bare metal without primer, rubber or silicone surfaces. For bare plastic, use Raptor Adhesion Promoter 450ml. For bare metal, use Raptor Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer or Raptor Etch Primer as appropriate.

How to apply

Substrate preparation

1. Abrade the substrate.
2. Remove dust and degrease it.
3. Apply the first layer.
4. Let the applied layer dry for 20 minutes at 20°C.
5. Apply the second layer.

Liner preparation

1. Shake the liner bottle vigorously for 2 minutes and open it.
2. Use the attached measuring cup to determine the correct quantity of hardener.
3. Pour it into the liner bottle and shake again for 2 minutes.
4. Screw a USB gun onto the bottle and start applying.

It is suited to black surfaces, complete vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, boat and yacht decks and other extensive applications. Choose a smaller kit for more limited areas, or another colour when black is not the required finish.
