Raptor Liner One Bottle Kit Black is a 2K protective liner in a 948 ml bottle, designed for practical coating work on medium-sized areas and smaller projects. The raptor liner one bottle kit black provides a complete liner and hardener combination for truck beds, sills, chassis parts and medium-sized surface repairs.

What it’s for

This kit is intended for truck beds, sills, chassis parts, medium-sized surface repairs and small projects. It combines 1 x 711 ml bottle of Raptor Liner with 1 x 237 ml hardener, along with printed instructions in EN, FR, DE, ES, RU, PL and CN.

The coating is not suitable for bare plastic without an adhesion promoter, bare metal without primer or rubber. For bare plastic, use Raptor Adhesion Promoter 450ml. For bare metal, use Raptor Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer or Raptor Etch Primer as appropriate.

How to apply

Substrate preparation

1. Abrade the substrate.
2. Degrease it.
3. Apply the first layer.
4. Let the applied layer dry.
5. Apply the second layer.

Liner preparation

1. Shake the liner bottle vigorously for 2 minutes and open it.
2. Pour all the hardener into the liner bottle and shake again for 2 minutes.
3. Screw a USB gun onto the bottle and start applying.

Which colour / size to choose

Choose the 948 ml black One Bottle Kit when black is the required finish and you need a liner for a medium-sized surface, small project, truck bed, sill or chassis part. This kit provides 3 m² coverage per bottle. For smaller targeted applications, a 2K aerosol may be more suitable, while a different colour is the better choice when black is not the required finish.
