Raptor Liner Kit Black in the 948 ml One Bottle format is a 2K protective coating for truck beds, sills and chassis parts. Liner and hardener come in one pack, enough for about 3 m², so it is a practical choice for medium-sized areas and smaller repairs.

What Raptor Liner Kit Black is for

This kit is intended for truck beds, sills, chassis parts, medium-sized surface repairs and small projects. It combines 1 x 711 ml bottle of Raptor Liner with 1 x 237 ml hardener, along with printed instructions in EN, FR, DE, ES, RU, PL and CN.

The coating is not suitable for bare plastic without an adhesion promoter, bare metal without primer or rubber. For bare plastic, use Raptor Adhesion Promoter 450ml. For bare metal, use Raptor Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer or Raptor Acid Etch Primer as appropriate.

How to apply the Raptor One Bottle Kit

Substrate preparation

1. First, abrade the substrate.
2. Then degrease it.
3. After that, apply the first layer.
4. Let it dry, and finally apply the second layer.

Liner preparation

1. Shake the liner bottle vigorously for 2 minutes and open it.
2. Pour all the hardener into the liner bottle and shake again for 2 minutes.
3. Screw a USB gun onto the bottle and start applying.

Which colour / size to choose

Choose Raptor Liner Kit Black when when black is the required finish and you need a liner for a medium-sized surface, small project, truck bed, sill or chassis part. This kit provides 3 m² coverage per bottle. For smaller targeted applications, a 2K aerosol may be more suitable, while a different colour is the better choice when black is not the required finish.
